Watauga County NC Declaration of Emergency.

Due to a wildland fire in the Sampson area of Watauga County, NC there has been a State of Emergency declared. In the best interest of  public safety, it may be necessary to evacuate the civilian population from affected areas. For specific information on evacuations call 828-201-2885.
