11/23/16 Clear Creek Fire 2 p.m. Update

The Clear Creek Fire is expected to continue backing down to NC State Highway 80 this afternoon and into the night.  Firefighters are in place to walk the fire around the houses in the fire area.  NC State Highway 80 is still closed to non-residents as firefighters work along the road. Fire growth is expected to continue primarily to the North and West.


A public meeting for Clear Creek Fire information will be held Friday, November 25th at 6:30 in the Grace Community Church.
