Morning Edition: Mostly cloudy skies, breezy and warm conditions are being observed across the state this morning in advance of an incoming frontal boundary. Showers and thunderstorms will build in to the Mountains and Foothills later today, with scattered showers and thunderstorms possible this afternoon into tonight. Given the low fine particulate readings observed thus far this morning, it appears that Code Green conditions will generally be likely statewide today. However, localized Code Yellow conditions may be possible immediately downwind of any ongoing fire sites. No changes to the forecast are being made at this time.
