11/23/16 **NEW FIRE** Camp Branch Fire - Road Closure

Camp Branch Fire, west of Franklin, NC: A portion of Wayah Road (R1310) off of Hwy 64 is closed from intersection of Wayah Bald Road (east) and intersection of Crawford Road (west). Fire crews are working the fire flanks to prevent progression. The initial fire location is west of Camp Branch Creek.

    Has the fire reached Wayah Bald Road? I have a cabin at the intersection of Winespring Bald and Wayah Bald Road.
